A removable, nearly invisible option, including Invisalign. We'll walk you through how aligners fit into daily life and how they compare with braces for your goals, and we'll be there for you from the first set to the last.

A first visit by age 7 is what we recommend. We'll walk you through what we see and whether treatment makes sense now or can wait, and we'll be there for you as your child grows.

I grew up in Queens, NY. I was immediately drawn to orthodontics when I got braces, enjoying the positive atmosphere and long-term relationships we were able to form. When I was done, I fully realized the transformation that took place in how I felt based on the confidence of my smile, and seeing this for other people is the most rewarding part of being an orthodontist for me.
In my free time, I love to spend time and go on adventures with my family, play basketball, jog, listen to music, and sing.

Common questions
How much do braces cost?
It depends on your treatment, so we'll give you a clear quote after your first exam. If you go ahead, the exam fee is credited toward treatment. Payments can be spread over the length of treatment, by credit card, Bit or bank transfer.
Do you offer clear aligners like Invisalign?
Yes. Dr. Freilich is trained in clear aligners, including Invisalign, and will help you decide whether aligners or braces are the better fit.
I just moved to Israel with braces from my old orthodontist. Will you take over my care?
Please get in touch. Dr. Freilich made Aliyah himself in 2026 and understands what a move like this involves. Send us your previous orthodontist's details and we'll talk through the next steps.
Do braces hurt?
Putting braces on isn't usually painful. Teeth can feel sore for a few days afterward and after adjustments, and soft foods can help. If something bothers you, let us know.
How old does my child need to be to get braces?
We recommend a first orthodontic check-up by age 7, as the American Association of Orthodontists advises. Many children won't need treatment yet, but it helps to know what to watch for.
